Olive oil - hydrates the skin naturally, contains vitamin E and antioxidants.
Coconut oil - a skin softener and moisturizer while extremely gentle, lathers beautifully.
Shea Butter - protects skin from harmful UV rays.  Helps heal and sooth sunburn, used as a soothing agent for irritated and chapped skin.   Shea Butter is an excellent emollient.
Carrot Root oil, Pure rainwater, sodium hydroxide and a variety of essential plant oils or fragrance oils, clays and herbs or flowers for their cleansing  or esthetic qualities and  dried citrus peels, grains or seeds for  gentle exfoliation.

My soaps are an alternative to grocery store bars that contain detergents and petroleum based chemicals that are drying to your skin.   There are no detergents in my soap, I only use the best oils  in my soapmaking. 
 
 I also do not use any type of Palm Oil in my soapmaking for environmental reasons.   The production and huge worldwide demand for Palm Oil has wreaked havoc in Malayasia and other Palm Oil producing regions.  Palm oil production is responsible for deforestation and habitat destruction, leading to the demise of critically endangered species such as the Sumatran Tiger, the Asian Rhinoceros and the Sumatran Orangutan. The production of Palm Oil is responsible for a wide variety of ecological disasters.  
 
Many of the natural materials that I use are grown and harvested  all over the world.  Olive oil comes from the Mediterranean Basin, Coconut oil from the Tropical zone.   Shea butter comes from Africa.  The clays I use for coloring come from France, Russia and Morocco.  The essential plant oils are from all corners of the globe.  It's not my great grandmother's soap anymore.  I hope you enjoy my soaps as much as I do, they make bathing special... everyday!   

My soaps can be used on the whole family in the bath, face to toes.  Your skin will be nourished and moisturized.  Applying lotion won't be as necessary, even in winter.   No animal testing.  Vegan.  Natural.  I color my soaps with plant or earth based ingredients.  All soaps weigh approximately 4 ounces.  All soaps come wrapped in breathable paper and are labeled.

Please be aware that my soaps contain a lot of  Shea Butter.  Shea Butter comes from the nut of the Karite tree in Africa.  If you have nut allergies please do not use.
